SLC-1401 applies to a wide range of rubber (vinyl silicone rubber, low-phenyl-silicone rubber, RTV silicone rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, chloroprene rubber, fluorine rubber, fluorosilicone rubber, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.) with a wide variety of metals (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, etc.) and a variety of fabrics (glass cloth, sash article, nylon, etc.) of the adhesive, as well as self-curing silicone rubber adhesive.

Physical Properties:

This product is a colorless or yellow transparent liquid, is a volatile organic silicon compounds, easy to break down when hot, can not be used to separate the materials heated to above 100 ℃, decomposition of water, place a little after the precipitation, use of can shake a little, does not affect the results.

Use:

First adhesive sandpaper to the metal surface polishing, degreasing solvent used (solvent are as follows: carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethene, toluene, acetone, etc., in which TCE is better) and then brushing in the SLC-1401 have been handled by the bonding material bonding the face of it, then wait for after the solvent evaporation and the polymer surface in close contact adhesives, pressure bonding temperature, heating up to 150 ℃ X40min; also bonding material may be immersed in SLC-1401, and then wait out the dry, dry in general at room temperature or heating to the appropriate temperature.

Storage:

Place a cool, ventilated, dry, 30 ℃ below the storage warehouse, the prohibition of direct sunlight, storage stability in a period of one year.
